Four things we’ve learned on the way to 100,000 presentations delivered

That’s my son dancing in front of his grandparents and cousins. He’s stoked.

So are we. It’s still early, we know that, but the 100,000 presentations delivered threshold that we met this week is a significant milestone for us. It took us 6 months to get there.

Along the way, we’ve learned some things.

When you enable sales reps with presentations that can be navigated like an app (example here), it changes everything:

1. It makes for a better customer experience. Tailoring a presentation around the needs of a customer is simply better and it shows in the revenue growth that we’ve been able to help our customers achieve. 85% of our users say that Tiled has helped them close a deal faster than they would have otherwise.

2. Reps use on-brand and up-to-date presentations more and spend less time searching and editing/creating presentations. Gone are the days of cobbling together their own decks and having hundreds of versions of the same presentation floating about.

3. Reps are more likely to share the content with their customer since they’re given insights into how the presentation is viewed and interacted with. This makes for a more intelligent and streamlined back and forth.

Customers are more likely to interact with the content as they are able to navigate to what they want faster and are given a version of the presentation that is adapted to their device.
