2018: Year in Review

Looking back on our best year to date.

This was a big year for us at Tiled, and we want to thank you for spending it with us. Let’s take a look back at some of the progress we made in 2018:

We improved our tools to engage your audience.

We continue to improve the microapp experience. Offline presenting received updates this year to make it better than ever, sharing got a refresh, and we rolled out co-browsing to enhance real-time presentations online. We also made it possible to embed microapps in websites and in other systems (and then put that into practice in our very beloved help center).

We created new ways to gain insights from viewers.

Completion events, pathway insights, and engagement scoring provide more information into how your microapps are used so that you can give your audience the best experience possible by learning what they care about and responding in real time.

We listened to the experts.

Our customers are the experts in finding ways to innovate and improve. We interviewed our power users to learn more about how their sales enablement and marketing efforts are impacted by Tiled. We also spoke with some of our resident Tiled brains to hear how they use Tiled for prospecting, design, and how they build Tiled.

And we had some fun.

We worked hard, played hard (mostly ping pong), and ate a lot of sushi. We also built some fun microapps along the way, for Mr. Rogers, Thanos, and our Waves retreat this summer.
