These Tiled Self-Serve Checkout Subscription Terms (“Subscription Terms”) apply to paid subscriptions to Tiled’s software-as-a-service platform and related services (the “Services”) purchased through a Tiled online, self-serve checkout or payment page.
These Subscription Terms are effective as of August 10, 2026, and supplement and are incorporated into the Tiled Terms and Conditions available at https://www.tiled.co/t-c/current (the “Terms”). Capitalized terms not defined in these Subscription Terms have the meanings given to them in the Terms.
Tiled may revise these Subscription Terms for subscriptions purchased after the date of such revision. Revisions to these Subscription Terms will not apply retroactively to a subscription already purchased under a prior version of these Subscription Terms, including with respect to pricing, price lock commitments, and cancellation terms applicable to that subscription.
By submitting payment information and completing a purchase, the individual completing the purchase (“Customer”) agrees to these Subscription Terms and the Terms. If the individual is purchasing the Services on behalf of a company or other organization, that individual represents that they have authority to bind that organization to these Subscription Terms and the Terms, and “Customer” means that organization.
Customer is purchasing the subscription plan, number of Authorized Users, subscription price, and billing frequency displayed on the applicable checkout or payment page at the time of purchase.
The applicable checkout or payment page, together with these Subscription Terms, constitutes an Order Form for purposes of the Terms.
An “Authorized User” means an individual whom Customer authorizes to access the Services through Customer’s account.
Customer’s subscription permits access to the Services by up to the number of Authorized Users identified on the applicable checkout or payment page.
Customer is responsible for ensuring that the number of Authorized Users associated with its account does not exceed the number included in its purchased subscription.
If the number of Authorized Users exceeds the number included in Customer’s subscription, Tiled may notify Customer and require Customer to either:
Tiled may implement technical measures that limit the number of Authorized Users associated with Customer’s account to the number included in Customer’s subscription.
Unless Customer separately agrees to additional charges, exceeding the number of Authorized Users included in a subscription will not, by itself, authorize Tiled to automatically charge Customer for additional Authorized Users.
Authorized User accounts are intended for individual users and may not be shared among multiple individuals. Customer may reassign an Authorized User account from one individual to another in accordance with any functionality or policies made available by Tiled.
Customer’s subscription permits Customer to have up to the number of published microapps identified on the applicable checkout or payment page active at any one time (the “Publish Limit”).
Customer may archive a published microapp to reduce the number of active published microapps associated with its account, which will free capacity for Customer to publish an additional microapp up to the Publish Limit.
If Customer reaches its Publish Limit, Tiled may prevent Customer from publishing an additional microapp until Customer archives an existing published microapp or purchases additional publish capacity or upgrades to another subscription plan made available by Tiled. Exceeding the Publish Limit will not, by itself, authorize Tiled to automatically charge Customer for additional publish capacity.
Customer agrees to pay the subscription fees displayed on the applicable checkout or payment page, together with any applicable taxes.
Customer authorizes Tiled and its third-party payment processor to charge the payment method provided by Customer for the subscription fees and applicable taxes.
Unless otherwise stated on the checkout or payment page, subscription fees are charged in advance for each monthly subscription period.
Customer is responsible for maintaining a valid payment method. If a payment cannot be completed, Tiled may notify Customer and may suspend or terminate access to the Services if payment remains outstanding, subject to the Terms and applicable law.
Unless otherwise stated on the applicable checkout or payment page, Customer’s subscription begins on the date of purchase and continues for an initial period of one month.
Thereafter, the subscription will automatically renew for successive one-month periods unless canceled in accordance with Section 6 below.
By completing the purchase, Customer authorizes Tiled and its payment processor to automatically charge the payment method on file for the applicable subscription fees and taxes at the beginning of each renewal period until the subscription is canceled.
Customer may cancel its subscription at any time by emailing support@tiled.co.
Customer has a 30-day window to cancel before the start of its next billing cycle. Cancellation will become effective at the end of the then-current paid subscription period, and Customer will not be charged for a subsequent renewal period following an effective cancellation.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, subscription fees already paid are non-refundable, and Customer will continue to have access to the Services through the end of the then-current paid subscription period.
Customer may upgrade its subscription, purchase additional Authorized User capacity, or make other changes to its subscription to the extent such options are made available by Tiled.
Tiled will disclose any additional fees applicable to a Customer-initiated subscription change before Customer completes the change.
If Tiled changes the price applicable to a renewing subscription, Tiled will provide any notice required by applicable law before the new price becomes effective.
If Customer’s checkout or payment page states that the subscription price is locked for a specified period, Tiled will not increase the subscription price applicable to Customer’s then-current subscription during that period, provided Customer’s subscription remains active and continuously in good standing. This price lock applies only to the specific subscription plan purchased at checkout and does not apply to any upgrade, additional Authorized User capacity, or new subscription purchased separately. If Customer cancels its subscription, the price lock ends upon cancellation; a subscription purchased after cancellation is a new subscription at the price then in effect.
Fees do not include applicable taxes, levies, duties, or similar governmental assessments unless expressly stated otherwise. Customer is responsible for applicable taxes associated with its purchase, except for taxes based on Tiled’s net income, as further provided in the Terms.
Except as expressly modified by these Subscription Terms, the Terms remain in full force and effect and govern Customer’s access to and use of the Services.
If there is a conflict between these Subscription Terms and the Terms concerning a subscription purchased through an online checkout or payment page, these Subscription Terms will control solely with respect to that subscription.
Without limiting the foregoing, the Terms continue to govern matters including acceptable use of the Services, Customer Data, intellectual property rights, confidentiality, warranties and disclaimers, indemnification, limitations of liability, termination, and other legal terms applicable to Customer’s use of the Services.
For a subscription purchased through an online checkout or payment page, the applicable checkout or payment page, these Subscription Terms, and the Terms collectively constitute the agreement between Customer and Tiled concerning that subscription, together with any additional terms expressly incorporated at checkout.
