Please note that the process below is only for clients who have already purchased IC and determined their use case for interactive content.  The Sales Engineering team should be engaged for clients that are looking for a demo of Microapps or Livecontent in the Pre-sales stage.

  1. The client reaches out to their Seismic CSM or Sales contact to confirm that they would like a Microapp created, and provides the use case (content, wireframe, and company brand guidelines/fonts). The Seismic team (SC for an onboarding project and CSM/Sales for separate project) should confirm that the materials fit the criteria for a “good use case”, prior to engaging the Interactive Content team.
  2. Once it has been determined that the client is ready to move forward, the Seismic contact will engage the IC team by creating a resource request within the Project in Financial Force, or the Opportunity in Financial Force if a project does not yet exist. This request must include the use case as attachments and list the practice as “Interactive Content” and include the word Microapp or Livecontent in notes.
  3. The IC SC will review the use case and determine whether Seismic, Tiled, or Slide Genius will take on this work. The preferred approach would be for Seismic to take on this work, but it is dependent on bandwidth.
  4. Seismic Managed Projects - The PM will determine if an SOW exists in FF and confirm with the CSM.  If the SOW/project has already been created, the IC Team will validate the use case and project scope.  If a new SOW needs to be created, the PM will schedule a scoping call.  Once the LOE has been determined, the PM will create a new SOW and update the appropriate number of Graphic Designer and PM hours.  Upon SOW execution, the PM will follow up to confirm the eta for the first draft completion.
  5. Tiled Managed Projects - The SC will “submit the project” to Tiled. The PM will setup an introductory call between the client and Tiled team to review their use case and gather any additional requirements necessary to determine the scope. The Tiled team will provide an estimated LOE and send an SOW to Seismic to sign. The PM will determine if an SOW exists in FF and confirm with the CSM. If the SOW/project has already been created, the IC Team will validate the use case and project scope. The PM will draft up an SOW and provide it to the CSM/Sales contact to send to the client. Once the SOW has been signed, the PM will follow up with an email to confirm the estimated completion date.
  6. The number of revisions is determined by the package. We will make updates based on client feedback, and then hold a final delivery meeting. Once completed, the PM will close out the project by sending out an official close out email.
