The opportunity

Executing on our hiring plan is key to Tiled’s success! We have just secured our series A funding and will be expanding our team! Help us grow an amazing team of dedicated and passionate professionals! Your role will have an immediate impact on all aspects of the organization.

A successful recruiter at Tiled will build out a reliable recruiting strategy and process. You will manage the entire recruiting life-cycle from attracting candidates to hiring amazing talent that fit into Tiled’s culture. You will work closely with Tiled’s executive team to identify future hiring needs, build job descriptions and salary ranges, and crush hiring goals.

What you’ll do

  • Develop a successful recruiting strategy and process
  • Communicate with hiring managers to fill needed roles and identify future hiring needs.
  • Manage all aspects of the recruiting process from job req creation to job offer.
  • Source candidates from a variety of networks, attracting top tier candidates.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidates for culture and skills fit, including technical skills.
  • Maintain candidate relationships and a candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Interact with candidates and be their initial point of contact, representing Tiled and Tiled’s culture
  • Develop and promote Tiled’s reputation as a great place to work.
  • Use data and technology to iterate successful processes and report information to upper management

What you’ll bring:

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • High levels of integrity and judgement, demonstrated through strong decision-making skills.
  • 3-5 years of recruiting experience, including technical recruiting
  • Innovative and motivated attitude
  • Willingness to think outside the box
