We are currently seeking ambitious sales professionals to join our team. The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for supporting retention and expansion efforts within the existing client base. The ISR is a customer-facing position requiring proficiency in selling motions ranging from targeted outbound prospecting to renewal processes. This unique role provides exposure to every step of the sales cycle.
The ISR will work closely with the Enterprise Account Manager to proactively develop and execute a territory plan for securing renewals and expanding the Tiled footprint within strategic accounts.
The ISR will engage with accounts via email, telephone, face to face, etc. - and will provide direction and recommendations to the extended team and leadership to increase efficiencies, structure, and strategy to ensure individual and team success.
