Job Description:

We are currently seeking ambitious sales professionals to join our team. The Inside Sales Representative (ISR)  is responsible for supporting retention and expansion efforts within the existing client base.  The ISR is a customer-facing position requiring proficiency in selling motions ranging from targeted outbound prospecting to renewal processes. This unique role provides exposure to every step of the sales cycle.

The ISR  will work closely with the Enterprise Account Manager to proactively develop and execute a territory plan for securing renewals and expanding the Tiled footprint within strategic accounts.

The ISR  will engage with accounts via email, telephone, face to face, etc. - and will provide direction and recommendations to the extended team and leadership to increase efficiencies, structure, and strategy to ensure individual and team success.

  • Own your business:  develop a plan for prospecting into new departments inside of existing accounts as well as a predictable renewal process  
  • Understand close rates/conversion rates and the relation to pipeline coverage
  • Develop effective and specific account plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive business plans to address the customer's priorities with Tiled’s microapp platform and professional services.
  • Establish strong relationships based on knowledge of customer requirements and commitment to value. Diagnose the buyer’s business issues with value-driven solutions.
  • Actively understands each customer's technology footprint, strategic growth plans, technology strategy, and the competitive landscape. Review public information (e.g., new executive appointments, earnings statements, press releases) for the company and its competitors to remain updated on key industry trends and issues impacting the customer.
  • Provide feedback to ensure continuous process optimization.

Experience you’ll need:

  • Minimum of 2+ years B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in MarTech SaaS
  • Experience selling  into C-Suite and with customers through all phases of the life cycle
  • BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience required
  • Proven success in penetrating existing accounts to deliver new opportunities
  • Track record of reliable quota attainment
  • Technically adept, self-motivated, and driven by results
  • Ability to accurately forecast based upon realistic opportunity assessments
  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet our core values and align with our culture
  • Experience tracking and logging all sales activities and buyer interactions in Hubspot for accurate pipeline forecasting
  • Prior experience with Hubspot CRM and Sales tech stack such as LinkedIn Sales Nav, Zoominfo, Sendoso,, and Zoom
