Job Description:

The Account Manager is responsible for revenue growth & retention in our customer account segment.  The Account Manager is a customer-facing position requiring executive-level selling skills. The Account Manager will work closely with Sales Development, Marketing, Professional Services, and Customer Success departments to proactively develop and execute a territory plan - including all inbound and outbound selling efforts, develop executive relationships, and accelerate strategic sales motions.  The Account Manager will engage with accounts via email, telephone, face to face, and other online mediums. The Account Manager will provide direction and recommendations to extended territory team and leadership to increase efficiencies, structure, and strategy of the region, ensuring individual and team success.

Responsibilities:

  • Own your business: Retain customers, expand accounts, develop leads, and meet your quota
  • Follow a focused approach to maintaining a rolling 4x pipeline coverage. Keep pipeline current. Collaborate with support organizations, including Marketing, Partners, and channels to funnel pipeline into the assigned accounts.
  • Lead an ecosystem managing customer health and expansion/growth opportunities in partnership with Field Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Product orgs.
  • Develop effective and specific account plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive business plans to address the customer's priorities with Tiled’s microapp platform and professional services.
  • Establish strong relationships based on knowledge of customer requirements and commitment to value. Diagnose the buyer’s business issues to architect value-driven prescribed solutions.
  • Actively understands each customer's technology footprint, strategic growth plans, technology strategy, and the competitive landscape. Review public information (e.g., new executive appointments, earnings statements, press releases) for the company and its competitors to remain updated on key industry trends and issues impacting the customer.
  • Lead account relationships, prospect profiling, and customer sales cycles. In partnership with Customer Success, improve overall customer satisfaction in assigned customer accounts and encourage all accounts to become Tiled references.
  • Provide closed-loop feedback to ensure continuous process optimization.

Experience you’ll need:

  • Minimum of 4+ years B2b SaaS sales experience, preferably in enterprise MarTech SaaS
  • Experience selling into a C-Suite and with customers through all phases of the life cycle
  • BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience required
  • Proven success in penetrating existing accounts to close new business
  • Consistent over-achievement of quota
  • Technically adept, self-motivated, and driven by results
  • Ability to accurately forecast based upon realistic opportunity assessments
  • Ensure 100% customer satisfaction with all respective customers. Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet our core values and align with our culture
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience tracking and logging all sales activities and buyer interactions in Hubspot for accurate pipeline forecasting
  • Prior experience with Hubspot CRM and Sales tech stack such as LinkedIn Sales Nav, Zoominfo, Sendoso, Chorus.ai, and Zoom
