What is a microapp?

The opportunity

Tiled is looking for a passionate and talented Customer Marketing Manager to assist in creating an amazing customer experience for our customers. This will include event strategy and implementation (user conference, trade shows, lunch and learns, webinars, etc.), creating compelling customer-centric content, running our customer advocacy program, building a customer community, and influencing our customer expansion marketing efforts. This position will report to the Director of Customer and Channel Marketing, and will work closely with sales, customer success and experience teams.


Together with the Director of Customer and Channel Marketing, you will build a world-class customer marketing discipline designed to increase engagement and expansion with our customers.


What you'll do:  

  • Building strong relationships with our customers through engaging marketing programs and campaigns
  • Executing on our in-person and virtual event strategy for direct and prospective customers
  • Owning and scaling our newly launched customer advocacy program
  • Helping to create data-driven and inspiring customer stories, testimonials, and case studies that show others the vision of what is possible when partnering with Tiled
  • Building relationships with top customers to create more speaking opportunities and unique ways to share their experience with others across all formats
  • Executing targeted customer expansion campaigns
  • Creating an environment and culture where customers want to share their successes with the world
  • Conceptualizing and bringing to life a Tiled customer community
  • Thinking about the future and bringing ideas to the table for how to continue to grow and enhance the current customer experience


What you'll bring:

  • 4+ years of proven results in B2B customer marketing or product marketing
  • Great marketing experience with high growth SaaS companies that target Enterprise accounts
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong engagement with clients
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Comfort with a fast-paced, start-up culture
  • Ability to learn quickly, think creatively and stay focused and organized while managing multiple priorities
  • Experience working with creative teams, building and collaborating on great work
  • Passion and eagerness to drive thoughtful strategy, focused on long-term returns
  • Experience with Hubspot and ClientSucess is desirable
